Ingredients:
- 10 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Mayonaise
- 3 tbsp Relish
- Paprika
- Cayenne Pepper (optional, but recommended)
Directions:
Hard Boil Eggs
(Bring eggs in water up to boiling and boil for 10 minutes)
Peel eggs and slice long wise
Scoop out the yellow into a bowl. Add mayonaise and relish and mix to a creamy texture.
Scoop a spoon full back into the egg white halves and sprinkle with paprika.
